What is Personal Financial information?
依據(jù)《中國人民銀行金融消費者權(quán)益保護(hù)實施辦法》第二十八條,消費者金融信息,是指銀行、支付機構(gòu)通過開展業(yè)務(wù)或者其他合法渠道處理的消費者信息,包括個人身份信息、財產(chǎn)信息、賬戶信息、信用信息、金融交易信息及其他與特定消費者購買、使用金融產(chǎn)品或者服務(wù)相關(guān)的信息。
According to the Implementation Measures of the People's Bank of China for Protecting Financial Consumers' Rights and Interests Article 28, “individuals' financial information” means individuals' information obtained, processed and retained by financial institutions through conducting business operations or other channels, including individuals' identity information, property information, account information, credit information, financial trading information and other information which reflects specific individuals' certain circumstances.

Scope of Personal Financial Information
① 個人身份信息:姓名、性別、國籍、證件信息、聯(lián)系方式、婚姻/家庭狀況等,以及在提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)過程中收集的照片、音視頻及指紋、人臉、虹膜等個人生物識別信息等。Identity Information: Name, gender, nationality, ID details, contact information, marital/family status, and collect personal biometric information such as photos, audio and video, fingerprints, faces, irises, etc. during the provision of products and services,etc.
② 財產(chǎn)信息:個人收入狀況、擁有的不動產(chǎn)狀況、擁有的車輛狀況、納稅額、公積金存繳金額等。Property Information: Income, real estate/vehicle holdings, tax records, etc.
③ 賬戶信息:支付賬戶、磁道數(shù)據(jù)、銀行賬號號碼、賬戶余額、交易記錄等。Account Information: Payment account ,track data, bank account numbers,balances, transaction history, etc.
④ 鑒別信息:銀行卡密碼、登錄密碼、動態(tài)口令、短信驗證碼、卡片驗證碼和密碼提示問題答案等。Authentication Information: bank card password,login password,one-time-password,SMS dynamic code, CVN/CVN2,password answer, etc.
⑤ 金融交易信息:交易金額、支付記錄、透支詳情、交易日志、交易憑證、證券委托與持倉信息、保單和理賠信息等。Financial Transaction Information: transaction amount, payment records, overdraft details, transaction logs, transaction vouchers, securities commission and position information, policy and claims information, etc.
⑥ 信用信息:信貸授信、信用卡使用、貸款發(fā)放與還款記錄、擔(dān)保情況等。Credit Information: Loan/credit card repayment records and other credit-related data.
⑦ 其他信息:消費意愿、支付習(xí)慣等基于原始數(shù)據(jù)生成的預(yù)測信息。Other Information: Predictive information generated based on raw data, such as consumption intention and payment habits.

① 切勿轉(zhuǎn)借身份證、銀行卡等證件 Do not lend ID cards, bank cards or other documents.
② 不向他人透露金融信息Do not disclose financial information to others.
③ 親自辦理業(yè)務(wù)避免中介代辦Handle financial transactions personally to prevent intermediary risks.
④ 不隨意在線上或線下渠道留下個人身份信息、密碼等金融信息 Do not leave personal identification information, passwords, and other financial information through online or offline channels at will.
⑤ 不隨意丟棄刷卡簽購單、取款憑條、信用卡對賬單等,及時銷毀作廢的金融業(yè)務(wù)單據(jù) Do not casually discard credit card purchase slips, withdrawal receipts, credit card statements, etc., and promptly destroy invalidated financial business documents.
